The work package also builds and maintains relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers, and other European projects to strengthen collaboration and maximise the project\u2019s reach.<\/p>\n
By leading WP7, ECPO ensures that the voices of people living with chronic conditions are central to all communication, making CarePath\u2019s results accessible, engaging, and relevant for those who need them most.<\/p>\n
