CarePath wird in sechs europäischen Ländern unter realen Bedingungen getestet: Deutschland, Israel, die Niederlande, Polen, Spanien und Schweden. Diese Pilotstandorte umfassen sowohl Einrichtungen der Primär- als auch der Sekundärversorgung, um sicherzustellen, dass die CarePath-Toolbox für Menschen in unterschiedlichen Gesundheitssystemen und Gemeinschaften funktioniert.

Durch die Durchführung von drei Pilotstudien in verschiedenen Regionen und einer Proof-of-Concept-Studie in Deutschland gewinnen wir wertvolle Erkenntnisse, um praktische, skalierbare Lösungen zu entwickeln, die den Bedürfnissen von Patienten, Familien und Pflegeteams überall gerecht werden.
