Work package seven

WP7 ensures that CarePath’s work is visible, understandable, and impactful. It develops a clear communication and dissemination strategy, creates a strong visual identity, and manages tools such as the project website, newsletters, and social media channels.

The work package also builds and maintains relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers, and other European projects to strengthen collaboration and maximise the project’s reach.

By leading WP7, ECPO ensures that the voices of people living with chronic conditions are central to all communication, making CarePath’s results accessible, engaging, and relevant for those who need them most.
