CarePath testas i verkliga miljöer i sex europeiska länder: Tyskland, Israel, Nederländerna, Polen, Spanien och Sverige. Dessa pilotanläggningar omfattar både primär- och sekundärvård, vilket säkerställer att CarePaths verktygslåda fungerar för människor i olika sjukvårdssystem och samhällen.

Genom att genomföra tre pilotstudier i olika regioner och en proof-of-concept-studie i Tyskland samlar vi in värdefulla insikter för att skapa praktiska, skalbara lösningar som tillgodoser behoven hos patienter, familjer och vårdteam överallt.
