Work package eight

The main objective of WP8 is to ensure effective project execution and management of the project, while also establishing a foundation for the long-term impact of the project’s results.

The main objective will be achieved by several sub-objectives, e.g. project management and continuous monitoring, ensure smooth communication and collaboration between all partners to reach project results and goals, ensure compliance with contractual obligations and reporting to the IHI, stakeholder analysis and engagement, establishing external advisory boards to provide independent guidance throughout the project (a Scientific advisory committee SAC and a Patient Advisory committee PAC), and develop a comprehensive sustainability strategy that outlines pathways for the long-term use and exploitation of the project’s results beyond the project’s lifecycle.
