Work package two

WP2 looks at why some people stop following their treatment or never fully stick to it, and how digital tools could help them stay on track.

The goal is to really understand the reasons behind this, since these can differ depending on the country, the health condition, or the group of people involved.

To do this, we will directly talk to people who find it difficult to follow their treatment – especially those from hard-to-reach groups and ethnic minorities – through interviews and group discussions. This way, the project can uncover real-life barriers as well as opportunities for better support.

The insights from WP2 will form the basis for creating practical digital and offline support tools in the next work package (WP3).
